Hiya Ladywear! Hope you had nice holidays over there!
There is a definite connection between impaired digestion and magnesium deficiency. If the protective layer of mucous lining the intestines becomes too thick, which it often does with Candida and leaky gut, then you have all kinds of problems with absorbing B vitamins and minerals. Minerals are mostly absorbed in the large instestine/colon.
The lack of good minerals and B vits contributes to CFS, which in turn contributes to more protective mucous, it's a never-ending cycle until the body is thoroughly cleansed and given lots of good vits and minerals so it can repair. There are lots of reasons for CFS, including impaired/overworked immune system, clogged lymphs, and lack of salts and minerals.
Are you eating a good natural
Sea Salt ? Supplementing with pancreatic enzymes? I think I forgot to mention those in my last e-mails to you oops! They should help.
If you're comfortable with getting the shots for magnesium etc., go for it, they should help you feel better very quickly. :)
Best of luck!
