Learn how to cook alternative grains such as Quinoa.
Keep supporting your liver with herbal formulas, beet juice, etc.
Pancreatic enzymes and Lecithin are two things anyone can take to better and maintain health.
Consider getting an enema bucket setup to maintain colon health if you don't all ready have one.
