I haven't eaten any bread/wraps in ages and I don't miss it, although I did at first. My guess is that it is the yeast making you crave it.
Some people allow some breads. The main thing is that they should be *non-yeast* - i.e. made with baking soda or some other non-yeast raising agent. They should be non-processed - i.e. wholegrain with no additives. They shouldn't contain wheat, but should be made of a candida-friendly flour.
If you can find a bread which fulfills all these conditions then "Go ahead - bake my day!"
The simple solution is give it a miss.
