I'm not a professional in herbs or medicine, but I find dandelion to be a natural diuretic. Its well known,
but if it is the best diuretic, and if it's a diuretic you need im not 100 percent sure.
Diuretics block a hormone in your body that allows your body to "hold" water,(therefor using it for body parts etc)
so, by blocking this hormone, the water starts to go to your bladder instead. So one must be aware of not over doing it and letting your body dehydrate.
I think it's worth a try. Dandelion Coffee is pretty good, just drink it like you would normal coffee.
You can also make Tea out of dried dandelion.
Both come from most healthfood shops.
