No, that's not too graphic ;) Your bms are brown from old fecal matter. When the swf washes out your intestines, all the old gunk that the lemonade from the day before had loosened is coming out. Sometimes your "butt pee" will be yellowish, sometimes almost clear, and sometimes, like yours, dark brown. It's all good!

ye sit is normal/ remember the mayple syrup is dark clored/ and also the lemons and teh cayenne esp help dissolve old fecal matter off intessstinal lining... which of it self makes a brownish sludge
i often see the red color cayeen and alwasy thignk ..oh my !1 am i bleld ign... lol and then i remember tha tis the color of the cayenne. *smile *
