When you're on the master cleanse, you aren't actually eating anything (hopefully ;) so any odd thing you saw in the toilet, especially in multiples, might be a parasite. Except for Tapeworms and flukes, which can both be pretty big, most parasites come out in bunches. They like to hang out together - safety in numbers! They look like seeds, crushed peanuts, rice, corn, pasta...lots of things.

According to things I've read, and posts at the parasite forum, about 90% of people do have them, and the standard advice is not to wait until you see them - just assume that you do, and start a treatment!

Also - click on IMAGES up top here at curezone, and look at some of parasite photos, if you dare. I will tell you that they're pretty hard to look at, and some are downright disturbing. BUT! They will destroy your appetite and hunger pangs, so it will be easier for you to continue your cleanse... ;)
