The only way I can think of to help you is to ask you to examine why it was easy for you to give up the cigarettes before, and why it's so difficult now. What has changed? It seems as if you had the resolve all of those other times, and this time you don't - why? Of course, I don't want you to answer ME, I want you to answer you ;)
What happened the other times - did smoking make you nauseous when you tried it, or did you quit at the beginning of the cleanse? Is smoking making you nauseous this time? Do you need to be accountable to someone? That always helps me, and was instrumental in me quitting smoking.
Good luck with it - I hope you find a way to quit permanently! I know it's not easy.
