Hi MJ,
I'm on day five also and I felt very sluggish this morning, but I pushed myself to do my daily workout anyway, and for the same reasons a you. Last thing I want to do is loose muscle tone and strength, espicially heart muscle. I have cut back a little on the intensity of my workouts though ,as I want my body to focus mainly on the cleansing process. Feel a little hungry this evening, but I know the hunger will pass. Yeah right....
My husband is starting the
Master-Cleanse tomorrow so I will have a in home cleansing buddy, and I won't have to fix any more meals for a while, won't have thosed tempting aromas in the house for a while, I hope. My hubby has NEVER fasted before so this should prove to be interesting for him and me. Happy cleansing, we're all on the path to better health. Woo-Hoo!!!
