My daughter is 14 and I took her to the doctors this morning because she had precistant stomach aches. The doctor said that she may have parastites. He told us it would be best if they tested her stool for ova and parastites ( my daughter is not to happy about this) We went to the lab to pick up the containers, she was to collect one BM every day for 3 days. The lab tech told us to turn off the toilet to drain the water and then put in a plastic bag to collect her stool. This sounds terrible but I know it has to be done. So what if anything is found, what happens from here? Do you think it would be best for me to get a parasitc cleanser now? This is all new to us. thx
