Hey guys :) I was very disappointed this morning to wake up in the middle of a relatively bad gallstone attack. I have done 5 very successful flushes, passing around 1200 stones all together so far. Until yesterday I hadn't ate "very bad" food, mostly out of fear of an attack, but deep down figured I'd be fine since I'd passed so many stones already. But yesterday I had some spinach artichoke dip at a restaurant (a considerable amount) and while eating it I almost could have bet money it was going to cause me to wake up the next morning in pain. Anyways, I drank one cup of organic apple juice and one tablespoon of
Epsom Salts right when it woke me up and I was completely fine within an hour THANK GOD. What a shame that I didn't know that's all I had to do to rid me of those AWFUL attacks. For those of you who have done numerous flushes and passed many stones, do you still have attacks if you eat really bad fattening foods? Will it always be this way for me? I guess it's a blessing in disguise because I shouldn't be eating those foods anyways. But on the other hand it would be nice to know that if I really want to eat something bad, that I could and not have a horrible attack the next morning. Will I ever comepletely rid myself of ALL my stones? I've heard a few comments about calcified stones not being able to be flushed out, is this true? Thank you all so much, your support and encouragement help carry me through!!!
