Well some history: came off 1st 18 day Master-Cleanse on Sept. 27. Had one binge day, but the rest have been lemonade for breakfast and lunch with a light supper..I still drink the Smooth Move since I worry I'm not getting enought fiber but down to 1 a day. I planned on doing the Liver Flush upon completion of the Cleanse but got sidetracked.
Now the Question: Should I cleanse again before doing the Liver Flush? Or is it advisable to go into the Liver Flush regardless?
By the time I will get to do the Flush it will be 2 weeks off MC..
Suggestions anyone?Advertisement

It's the fresh grapefruit, olive oil, Epsom Salt & water ingredients..That the one you use? Am I safe doing it Sat pm and driving someone to the airport around 2:30 the next afternoon/Sunday?

It's the fresh grapefruit, olive oil, Epsom Salt & water ingredients..That the one you use? Am I safe doing it Sat pm and driving someone to the airport around 2:30 the next afternoon/Sunday?

This is a reply to # 523,460You should be fine by that time. I am usually over the worst of the post flush potty visits by noon. Do your Epsom Salt flush early Sunday morning, but eight hours after taking the oil/juice and most of the stuff will come on out. If you skip the second dose of salt there should be no problems. I have done the flush on Saturday nights and gotton up and went to church Sunday morning. Although there were a couple of uncomfortable moments.
