have more then one function.
Function to flush you out is important in the morning ... when there is a danger of re-absorbing toxins dumped by liver.
I don't know who told you that you have to have diarrhea in the evening ... that is not true.
You should have diarrhea during the morning ... but evening diarrhea is optional in 99% of people, and most people prefer not to have it.
If you do get diarrhea, it is not bad ... it is just that it is not important part of the liver flush.
So, next time you do a flush, try to follow the time frame (6pm - 8pm- 10pm - 6am -8am) and if you don't get diarrhea until 10am .. that is the first sign that you need more magnesium.
So, if you get diarrhea before midnight ... that is usually a sign that you took too much Epsom Salt
.... so you can actually decrease the amount.
If you don't get diarrhea until 10am... it means you need more Epsom salt.
I have also heard several other misconceptions like:
- you must sleep after drinking oil
- you must lay down
- you must lay on your back
- you must lay on your left side
- you must lay on your right side
- you should not drink water ...
- you should not walk
- you should not take a massage
These are all myths ...
Some people (less the 10% must follow strict rules) but majority of people will be just fine even if you don't follow any rules ...
You can be awaken, you can walk during the night, most people can lay in any comfortable position ...
Most of those quasi-rules are some individual limitations that does not apply to everybody.
