Zuzu,
WHAT I DO: I make fresh-brewed coffee. Usually I buy a big can of whatever is on sale in the supermarket (this is what my colon therapist does). This week I found the huge can of chockfull-o-nuts for $3.99. NOT decaf. This lasts quite some time
I brew a full pot and have it in the fridge, so it's ready for the next day -- when I brew another full pot!
Now I can combine the two as needed to make a *body-temperature* potion for the enema bag.
My bag isn't that big. Holds maybe a
quart or so. I fill it up and do the enema (either or my left side or lying on my back). I let in what is comfortable (that's where you don't feel like you have to jump up, but only just) and let it soak 5 mins (I can't do it longer). Out and repeat (you can refill the bag if it's more than half empty so you get enough coffee for second round). Then I did another enema with clean water.
WHEN I DO THIS: when I did my flush, the next a.m. I drank a mug of warm water, then a 10
oz bottle of mag cit. I had two bms (my post below, which you saw, describes this). THEN I did the
coffee enema for futher good measure. This was still before 9 a.m.
I got clear water and stones out at a little past noon.
That's it. Hope that helps. Good luck!
