Thanks Lapis. I don't know why i have such a problem with it. I actually got an email from her saying to reduce the dose and try it without the hot water so i'm guessing it 's not worth taking the other way. i'm going to **try** it however i'm scared of the reflux i 'll get from the coptis at night before bed since it's on an empty stomach. i have to be careful about that bcse i don't want to tear up my esophagus. i currently am ding jstu 2 tsps adn i get a buzzz off the alcohol .
i am very sensitive to it/ personally ithink it owudl taste better also/ if less alcohol in it..
i feel liek i am ingesting a house cleaner lol !
fortunealy i amnot or ever ahve been an alcoholic..
but i can see wher e the lvl init woudl defientiely affect recoverign ones...
