I will be having my ultra sound (us) on Tuesday, but I can't wait that long. Can I flush before going for the us? Also I want to flush today (02/13). What foods should I avoid?

Why would you think you have to wait for an ultrasound to flush ? I think I must not understand what you are asking.

The point is I believe I have the stones from the way I have been feeling lately, so yesterday I saw my doctor and told her about it. She suggested I take the ultra sound so If I flush and pass lots of stones before the ultra sound she might think I don’t have it. I didn’t tell I was planning to flush. Also, I have been diagnosed with heart disease last year, which turn out not to be false, according to my second cardiologist. This is my first time flushing and I am little scare, but I am going to do it today. I have all my stuff ready.
Please send me any more tips. I am also going to try the coffee enema after my flush. What do you think?

MoreThis is a reply to # 520,841Two things no one told me aobut on my first flush to get were 1.VERY soft toilet paper and some 2.baby butt cream. I applied the butt cream (blushes) very frequently and trust me it helped me a lot and aliviated me. One thing that comes to mind and please CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG ANY ONE.... I have read that an US is good to do before a LF just in case you have very large stones I mean I would think it would be painful if you do have an big stone?
