I had to laugh reading your post remembering my first coffee enema. I squirted coffee all over the bathroom. I learned what NOT to do the next time.

What kind of coffee you use doesn't matter as much as the water you use. Make sure it's pure. It can be warm or cold--whatever you prefer. I usually use the whole pot.
