I actually started hangin around these parts in December when I decided to do my second Master Cleanse.
"Met" a bunch of insightful people and learned quite a bit here.
Following my cleanse I read a book by Harvey Diamond called Fit For Life: A New Beginning...- follow up book to his first FIT FOR LIFE.
This book focuses on the Seven Stages of Disease, and how important cleansing and fasting is if you want to stay healthy and be happy.
I've always been interested in nutrition.
I also work with a die-hard vegan, and one day we got to talkin'about MEAT-
Personally, I love the taste of flesh. Never thought I'd be able to get off the stuff- and what with all the stuff I'd been hearing about protein this, and protein that, blood-type malarkie, etc.
Not to mention I love the taste... (Did I mention how much I love the taste?)
She gave me a book by John Robbins- which I am continually fascinated by- with each turning page...
I don't think I will ever eat meat again. (Haven't since Nov.)
Or dairy-
I've cut out flour, and pretty much cut out
Sugar as well.
and ... oh yeah, I've never felt better.
While surfing this site, I've become more fascinated with my health and preventative "medicine".
I've just really decided to think of my body as a vintage (35 yrs old) automobile that I want to look good, and keep running well for many years to come.
I've been "detailing " it for over two months now... and gave it a "tune-up" (Master Cleanse) in the beginning of December.
I'm cleaning the filter (probably oil) on Wednesday night.
LIVER FLUSH...
Decided to do the
parasite Cleanse (ParaGONE), because I heard that one has a more successful flush if the body is free of parasites.
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it...
