I eat plain oatmeal for breakfast and a plain baked potato for lunch..nothing on them, just
Sea Salt on the potato.
I imagine there are many things that can be eaten....Vegetables....fruits....etc. The main thing is to not eat any fat at all the day of the flush. Not even skim or one per cent milk on oatmeal. No bread, it contains fat also. Some people go on a no fat diet for a few days before the flush. I do not....I just stay away from all fat on the day of the flush and it works fine for me.
Not eating any fat causes the pressure in the gall bladder to build, as it retains the bile, which is needed for fat digestions. Then when we slam the stomach with the olive oil, it sends a signal to the gall bladder saying "OMG, send ALL the bile!!" *LOL*
