Congratulations on taking your first step to better health. Reading all this information can be so overwhelming, so take baby steps. I did not do an enema after my liver flushes. Personally, that area is going to be extremely tender and I wouldn't think of doing an enema after the flush. Some do, though. I always had successful Liver Flushes without the enema.

Now, the Epsom Salts are another story. They relax the bile ducts, so it's an important part of the liver flush. Some people don't use Epsom Salts , but I wouldn't dream of doing Dr. Clark's Liver Flush without it.

The best thing for you to do is read all you can about the different flushes because there are other flushes besides Dr. Clark's and then decide for yourself which flush you want to do.

I don't know what Epsom Salt is called in Dutch.
But in Germany it is called "Bittersalz". Here we buy it in a drugstore or healthfood store.

I assume that bittersalz might help you out.

Just keep reading all these forums and you will be surprised how things like enema's become normal.
