I finally decided to start doing some of the flush,i drank some Epsom Salt and it has really aleviated my pain!Can i keep drinking the epsom without doing the flush yet,or should i just go ahead and start my Liver Flush this weekend!Thanks a million 4 ur thoughts and advise!- Re: Epsom Salt>Less Pain! flowerchild59

This is a reply to # 518,781I am glad that the Epsom Salts are helping your pain. IF you are planning to do the full flush, the ES are taken at 6 and 8pm, the oil at 10pm. Click on the Liver Flush link at the bottom of the page for more information.
