Hi. I did the Liver Flush last night after fasting all day on juices. I did the flush exactly, sticking to Hulda Clark 's schedule and using her ingredients. I woke up in the night several times feeling very nausated with my stomach churning and grumbling like it was going to explode. It is horribly swollen with fluid. I took the last two doses this morning of apple juice and epson salts and no blow. I have been doing colonics along with Dr. Shultze's number 1 over the last few weeks and am cleaned out. With them brought the fluffy, yellow candida balls with tenticles. I also got out a small worm that looked like a c shape and tiny thread like white ones. I am also passing some red chunks that look like hamburger. Growths? They float.

What did I do wrong. I followed the instructions. But now I sit feeling swollen and bloated? Nothing has happened. Usually I have a bm as soon as I wake up and within another I have a second one. Why did this change my system?
