Hi all-

I had an interesting night. Had a few bouts with severe nausousness throughout the night and I felt very dehydrated.

I started passing stuff around 1pm and have continued to do so all morning. I have gotten chaff (sp) and stones that started out tanish and are now dark green ranging in size from gravel-pea-grape sized (not as many grape sized). I also am passing what I take to be a lot of bile which is yellow-greenish. I have honestly lost count (well over a hundred so far). I was going to do an enema but have had so much movement from the Epsom Salts that I don't want to risk it. I may do a salt water flush in a few hours because they are pretty effective for me.

Well this ends a 10 day Master-Cleanse for me and I am very happy with the results (looking forward to eating). I am going to do another flush in 2 weeks and eat plenty of apples in the meantime.
