Hi I am sorry that you are having such a hard time! I have suffered from what I was told my whole adult life was IBS and it is only in the last few year that I have found out that I have bowel adhesions and Endo near to my bowel.
I am not an expert but I have leant a few things from my own illness and my endeavours to get well. I would say one of the first things especially in your case is to sort out the bowel movements and get good digestion. People who have Endo tend to have too many estrogens, this can be due to the liver's inability to metabolise the estrogens, and it can also be due to your whole system being clogged up. So it's important to address Liver issues and to get your bowel moving. You could look up bowel cleansing methods
on the Bowel Cleanse Forum
, you could also look up some of Ask Shelley's tips for digestion and Bowel Cleanse
and how to sort out your constipation. One of the things you could try would be an enema. Eat foods that are likely to help you to go like fruit and veg and stay away from what is going to constipate you.
Try to help Liver by taking herbs such as Chinese bitters and lemon and olive oil drink. Also try to get good probiotics such as Kefir, if you can not get hold of this there is other good probiotics.
Try to exercise a little bit if you can, rebounding is good because it helps with lymph glands and to get things moving. Another thing, which has helped me with the pain of both Endo and adhesions, is Castor oil packs. You place a flannel which has Castor oil on it over the stomach and then hot water bottle over this try to keep it there for about an hour. There is a Castor Oil Forum on this site so you can run a search. You could also try an herb called Vitex, which helps to balance hormones.
These are some of the things that have worked for me. I know what this illness is like and I wish you all the luck in the world...Moonie
