Going to do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) tomorrow for the first time. Curious as to how long it takes before it is out of your system, and how long after it is out before I can eat/drink? Thanks.- Re: SWF Help RowanMorrison

MoreThis is a reply to # 510,397Everybody is different, but it seems on average it takes 30 - 45 minutes to work, and up to two hours (or more) to complete.
I've never done a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) except while on a MC, so I'm not sure when you'd want to start eating. But I drink the lemon drink on the Master-Cleanse as soon as the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is all the way through (that is, I stop having to butt pee).
