next i woudl look at my fluid intake..

might try addign some warm water to your drink if youare keepin it in fridge, add jstu enugh warm water to brign it to room temperature.

btw i woudl make a poin t to exercise to help keep metabolism going to help flush out excess fluids/ sit at least 10 minute swith legs up evyer hour..
and alos get pletny of good rest at night sicen kidneys work best at ngih whielresstign or sleeping/
even if can't sleep lie or sit reclining and clos eeyes and relax to let them have a restign period/ to do ther job.
