Way to go. That's exactly how I start as well. With the tea at night. You may want to wait a couple of days before doing the salt water flush. It really depends on how much you have been eating prior to today.
As for tips, I would say just be sure that you are mentally ready for this. I have heard that a lot of people stop after a day or two or three. The only thing I can think about is that they weren't mentally prepared. I think food and eating is all in the head. Actually, I can't remember the last time I ate because I was really hungry. It is usually done out of habit or because it is time ( lunch, dinner ).
I did my first
Master-Cleanse last January and was planning to do more during the year. Unfortunatley, I never really felt mentally prepared. For some reason, I seem mentally prepared come January. Last January I quit smoking, eating and drinking all at the same time to do the MC. Unfortunately, I started smoking and drinking again in mid May. This year I quit eating and smoking for the MC. I have not had a drink since September, so that helped a little. I guess I have more willpower than I give myself credit for.
I think to be successful at the MC, you have to have willpower and be mentally prepared.
Good Luck.
