I don't think it's weird that the Master-Cleanse could be the answer to all of your problems, because I'm thinking that it might be the answer to mine. I'm pretty sure all of the health problems I'm experiencing could be from toxicity in my body from junk foods and too much cooked foods. I've been a vegetarian, vegan, and raw foodist at different times and for various lengths of time. I tend to go off of them after awhile, usually because of special occasions (like your Halloween Twix bar) and going out with family and friends. It's hard not to go off of it at times like those, but whenever I do I always regret it. That's why I'm hoping this Master-Cleanse will give me a brand new start.

So far I haven't experienced much hunger today. A little bit, but I think the lemonade is pretty satisfying. I have a sweet tooth, so it helps that I can have the lemonade whenever I feel like it. I suppose it will get a bit harder after awhile!
What are you going to do about Christmas? I haven't decided, but I know I will be spending it with family members and I know they'll think it's weird that I'm fasting, especially on a holiday.
