It's all part of the healing process!
Take in more cayenne pepper if you can. That will warm you right up. A hot bath or heating pad will also help, or light exercise. Your organs are resting and you're sloughing off extra fat, it's normal to get cold, and it's okay to do what you can to stay warm.
Up your intake of maple syrup too, for more energy.
You may want to switch from cold water lemonade to hot water lemonade. It's made the same way, just with warmish hot water rather than cold. :)
