Dear Johanna,
I believe these stress tests do more harm than good. Different people react differently the same exercise. What is actually a normal response may be interpreted as abnormal, and then the treatments start. Pushing people to exhaustion and then testing them is an effecitve way to create millions of new patients.
Re blood pressure, did he take your blood pressure three times per day, for several consecutive days? If not, just one measurement isn't going to give you an accurate condition. Besides, just going to the doctors office can get your pressure up 20-30 points. Its' better to measure it yourself over a period of a week. There are many simple, reliable devices out there now.
One thing, make sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water per day, the best and fastest way to keep the bloodthin the blood pressure down. Of course, diet plays a major role, especially avoiding protein foods and eating freshly prepared meals, cooked veggies, salads, grains foods, fruits, etc. If you just had freshly prepared vegetables at lunch and dinner every day, your blood pressure would normalize, and B12 would be generated. You know what B12 is? Dead bacteria. That is all there is to it. When you eat fresh, natural foods, you will never run low on B12, for these foods attract the right bacteria to them before and after digesting them. B12 is made in the large intestine. Having B12 shots is not a good way to replenish B12. It is shock to suddenly shoot dead bacteria into the blood. You want your gut to do it. Eating vegetable foods is your best shot. This will also take care of your low energy. I know it is not easy for you to make those changes, but you would have so much to gain from it.
Blessings,
Andreas
