Dear Andreas
I completed a successful first flush a couple of weeks ago and am planning another for the end of next week (4 weeks between).
I was surprised by just how successful the first flush was. I got stones as big as chick peas and a few even larger than this. In all, including lentil size stones, I probably passed a couple hundred? My naturopath says that the liver flush he gave me (ginger, garlic, apple juice and lemon juice every day for a month) would have made the difference in making the Amazing flush more successful (paved the way so to speak).
I have been feeling good since the flush and am happy to be underway with things. My naturopath however says that my mercury fillings need to come out now (9 big fillings) if I am to start to really feel better. He says that as long as I have these fillings my symptoms (sadness, fear, lack of contentment - to name a few) will be present.
My question is if I was unwilling to undergo the dental work would daily oil swish and maybe a couple of bentonite clay baths suffice?- Re: dental work versus oil swish #17178

MoreThis is a reply to # 493,772Wheras these methods are certainly helpful in minimizing the harm that can result from fillings that old, they pose a certain risk that tends to increase the older the fillings get. I suggest that you take your time with this, but try remove 1-2 fillings at a time, whenever it becomes affordable and you feel it is the time for it.

I now have indirect composits which are called porcelain onlays. Only a few dentist are trained in this work but it is worthwhile to pursue. The porcelain onlays last for at least 20 years and are actually stronger than your tooth material.
The danger with amalgam is that it never seals the tooth so even though it appears that you have good fillings bacteria & decay are always growing underneath and the result is over time larger & larger fillings.
