Dear Lumena,
The problem with using such liver cleansing methods is that they don't include a proper preparation period used for softening of stones before they come out, a colon cleanse before the flush and preventive colon cleansing within three days afterwards. In my approach (see The Amazing Liver Cleanse, ener-chi.com)I greatly stress the importance or colemas (using a colema board)both before and afterwards.
Those who have been on this forum and have done both versions of the liver flush can attest to you the importance of ending each liver cleanse with a colon cleanse. Many who have not known about this essentail part fo the cleanse, have suffered greatly, and for a long time.
Only yesterday, someone e-mailed me after he had done successful first cleanse where he removed about 250 stones. He didn't feel much improvement of his condition, though. When two days later he did his colonic, he passed about 300 stones! Much to his surprise, he felt like a new person. Over all thousands of people I have been in contact with over the past 10 or so years, most of them passed stones during their colonic or colemas after the liver flush. If not released, these trapped stones can greatly interfere with digestive functions and gradually increase overall toxicity in the body, including in your reproductive organs. It is equally important to properly cleanse the kidneys every 3-4 liver flushes (see directions in the book). The right kidney, a long with the liver, control much of the reproductive functions and should be kept clean to maintain optimal performance.
