Andreas,
I have a quick question for you. I'm going to be attempting my fifth liver flush this Saturday. My last LF three weeks ago released maybe only 12 stones and a lot of sludge. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the outcome, but realize that this flush may have forced other stones closer to the exit sites of the hepatic ducts. Hopefully with this next flush I'll be able to get out more stones, I do plan on following it with a colonic a day later. My previous liver flushes (before #4) had always been preceeded my doing a bowel cleanse - something along the lines of the master cleanse. I've since read your books, and noticed that you suggested that pitta doshas should not fast. It seems as if I got the best results with the LF when I did fast, but if fasting would cause my body to create more stones - the whole chain of events would be unbroken and therefore redundant. I am a VERY strong pitta, with hardly any overlap of the other two doshas. Do you have any suggestions or thoughts on this?
Thanks,
Kristie
