Hmm, sorry, thought it was the same thing. But I mentioned it (yoga asanas) specifically to see if that was right.
He talks about surya namaskara in Chapter 6, page 78. But I was giving instruction from page 102, regarding ideal daily routine. He doesn't specifically mention the sun salutation there, but wouldn't it be considered yoga postures? If so, I would still follow instruction to do this after rehydrating and eliminating.
Obviously I don't practice yoga.
But let me know what you think because I am looking forward to incorporating some of these activities, including this.
** You know what, going back again, he refers to Sun Salutation as an **exercise** programme, so I think that means consider it as exercise, at the appropriate times he mentions "OK" for exercise, which is 6-10 am during Kapha period, or between 5-6 pm during Vata period.
