Hi andreas and everyone else. I need help. I just did my first liver cleanse last night and am very disappointed. I didn't get any stones. I may have screwed it up. I took my first epsom salt at 6 and then 8 just like andreas book says to. At 10 i was going to do the oil/grapefruit concocotion but i didn't experience any bowel movements so i posponed taking the oil/grapefruit drink till midnight. I still didn't get any bowel movements so i didn't want to pospone it any longer. I woke up this morning and got a few movements but no stones at all. It did look like the water was a little greenish though. I am so disappointed. Did i screw it up? Why didn't i get any stones? I know i must have them because i have candida and serious digestive problems. I feel like ill never be well again. No matter what i do, supplements i take, etc. nothing ever works for me. i just want my health back and to get rid of this candida. Not only did i not get any stones but the i felt very sick after drinking all that stuff. It was all for nothing. is there anything i can do now? I know andreas said that you shouldn't flush more than once every two weeks but i went over to the liver flushing board and they said over there that you can do it as often as several times a week especially if you didn't get any stones. Is that possible? I was wondering is it safe for me to try the whole procedure over again tonight since i am already in the mode? Like i said i did the flush last night with no results. Could i take all the stuff again tonight and see if i get any results. Please let me know. If i can then i would have to fast after 2 today. Please if anyone could help me i really need some advice and some encouragemnet. i feel like i am going to be sick forever. Im realy trying desperately to get my health back. I would greatly appreciate any info and advice. Thank you all for being so wonderful.
