Hi Andreas,
I've never posted with you before though over the last couple of weeks feel I've gained much from just reading several of your answers to peoples questions.
On the weekend I ordered 2 of your books-"The Amazing liver Cleanse" and "The key to Health and rejuvenation". I know I'll have a bunch of questions answered once they arrive.
For now I wanted to ask your suspicions re. my 'forehead acne'.
I'm 37 yrs old and only just started getting acne there a few months ago-interestingly as I became 'un'well. I was diagnosed by a holistic dic with stage 3 adrenal exhaustion. Basically, I take full responsibility for it- and feel that it was triggered emotionally and combined with other toxicity-and then as Lapis would say, my body reached its 'total load'.
I have adjusted an already reasonable diet over this time to a much better one. I have also been working on taking care of my self emotionally once more. Physically, I am having my 3rd colonic today and I have planned for my first liver flush this week. Anyway, regardless of herbs,no herbs and dietary adjustments, my forehead acne has remained. If I measured out from my eyeball it runs at about a 60 degree angle up and starts at my eyebrows and runs to a bit behind my hairline. Maybe we call that area the temple?? Where the skullbone seems to curve. I would not call it chronic, though enough to be distinct. I have also had some hairloss there. A few months ago my hairloss was alarming, now it has died down. I feel this is all part of my health issue, though was just wondering, from your experience, if you had any more specifics on what this may be indicating?
Many thanks,
Danielle
