Dear Andreas, I hope you had a good weekend. I recently finished Freedom from Judgement and have started It's Time to Wake Up. Our paths having crossed increasingly becomes such a blessing for me - what gifts those books are to our world.

I would like to do Sacred Santemony soon. Is there any higher benefit on when one does a session? Time of day, month in accordance with the moon? Does menstruation have an effect?

On ener-chi.com you mention that one needs to be conscious of issues in order to release them. Can I come to the table with many, both physical/emotional/spiritual? Do I need to be aware of past life experiences? Should I do any kind of preparation (list of issues) or just leave it up to my higher self?
