Hi Andreas. Is there a best time during the lunar cycle and hours of the day to do the following: accupuncture (to release heat of ocular rosacea), eye exam and possible repair of cornea, and colemas (I am still having no luck with those & the last one took me two hours so I plan on making an appt. with a professional to learn what I might be doing wrong). I am assuming afternoons for all and either during the new or waning moon.

The bucket of water had to be higher, it was going slow so that it took me a lot of time.
Now it takes me about 45 minutes.
Also it is important that the tube is enough in you otherwise the water leaks out. The easiest thing for lubrication put stick in a bottle of KY jellie or Astroglide. Then put in you so the lubrication get deep enough. Before you put it on the colema tube, drip some extra jellie on it.

This is a reply to # 488,152Hi Johanna. Thanks for the info:) Have you had any problems with getting results from a colema? All I ever get is what looks like vomit - nothing else. Also how do you do yours in relation to the water flow and holding the water in for a while (do you stop flow temporarilly and hold for a bit, if so for how long).

Depending on my mood. If I am sleepy, I just relax and imagine that I am on a beach.
I find that the water stays in longer by itself.
When I am good I massage my bowels.
So far what I have gotten out is just loose BM.
