Since Monday, I have been experiencing pain in my neck and right side of my upper and middle part of my back. In addition, it hurts mildly when I move my right arm.
At first, I thought it was just torticollis caused maybe by a bad position during sleep and that it would disappear fast. I have been taking B-complex, applying ice and an ointment to my back. Yesterday afternoon it seemed to improve, after I took a glass of water every ten minutes for 1 hour and after eating a soup with lots of garlic. Nevertheless, today the pain is worse.
I was not able to find a comfortable position while sleeping and in the morning it was hard for me to get out of the bed. To relief the pain, I started putting some ice and asked somebody to put some clay and the ointment and the pain improved even though getting out of bed by myself was an ordeal. I am still taking the B-complex and some calcium/magnesium. I have also started taking some tamarind juice as a friend suggested because it may help to relax the muscle.
Please send any suggestions to help me improve my state! Thank you!
