Hi Everyone.
In Andreas' book he mentions if one's colon is highly congested the 3 colon cleanses should be done before a liver cleanse. Is this true to kidney cleansing also?

If there is a history of kidney stones, it is best to do one kidney cleanse before starting with the liver cleanse program, and repeat every 3-4 liver cleanse. Otherwise, one can do a liver cleanse first, and do a kidney cleanse afterwards, after 2-3 liver cleanses.

This is a reply to # 487,153Thanks Andreas. I plan on doing a kidney cleanse before liver cleansing. I am just wondering if I should do several colemics before my kidney cleanse since my colon is quite congested.
