Andreas is back on the 8th Apr.
If you are using the Andreas method for Liver flushing then a 6 days prep period is required followed by a pre and post colonic. The actual time for the flush could be adjusted (although it is not optimal). I have had to adjust time on various of my LF's with ok results. I suggest you read Andreas's book "The Amazing Liver Flush".

To avoid getting sick or not getting out enough stones, she should do her actual flush on a weekend when she doesn't work and is able to follow the directions. The liver is most active from 10pm - 2am. THis is the right time to take the oil mixture. Taking it much later than that can make the cleanse much less effective. Some people have reported to feel very sick in addition to that.
