After talking to you I made a list for the healthfood store and my husband,who luckily does not mind to shop,got me several items you mentioned.
I improved my lunch and was better at night, not having the cravings.

I will keep working on the cleanses.

I looked into the waterless cooking ware. The website you gave me,storesonline, was not really a store, it is one where,I think, they want you to sell.
I did find several other sites. No where they mentioned the "flagship" ware. The pots come in 5-7-9 ply. Do you happen to know what you use. And which brand?
