When your food does not get digested properly, eating a meal can trigger a bowel movement (this usually happens to unbalanced Pitta types, see The Key to Health and Rejuvenation, www.1stbooks.com). There may a large amount of stones in the gallbladder which forces bile to bypass the gallbladder and enter directly (uncontrolled) into the small intestines as soon as you eat. If not properly mixed with digestive fluids, the bile has powerful purgative effects, causing the immediate release of watery stools. This is not the possible cause, though.
Certain foods can lead to basically the same reaction, mostly Pitta increasing foods. Fatty, fried foods, meat, tomato sauces, onions, ready-made sald dressings and sauces, cheese, milk, unripe fruits or their juices, citrus juices in general, sugar and sweets, etc. (see book for details. To remove stones form the liver and gallbladder, please see The Amazing Liver Cleanse, 1stbooks.com.
