Dear Andreas,
I am writing you from the Dominican Republic. I am 32 years old. When I was 8 I broke the right front tooth. Since the nerve was affected, a root canal was performed in the tooth and it was fixed to appear white. I had a another root canal in my second lower molar, which has a white crown.
In 1996 a goiter appeared in my thyroid. It was treated with natural medicine and all the symptoms disappeared, including the goiter.
Since some days ago, I have been experiencing certain discomfort in my mouth, my gums are swollen and bleeding; and, I think (I am not sure where the discomfort is located exactly), everything originates in the second molar where I have the crown. Today, my thyroid is swollen and it hurts when I touch it and I have a mild earache.
What can be done in my case? I have been thinking about removing my front tooth but I am afraid of doing it. Is there a way to remove the bacteria from the root canals?

MoreThis is a reply to # 484,562Every day, first thing in the morning and before going to bed, swish 1-2 tablespoons of cold pressed sunflower, sesame or olive oil in your mouth, through the teeth (as described in The Key to Health and Rejuvenation). Do this for 3-4 minutes. The spit it in th etoilet and rinse the mouth with water. This can be repeated a second time with fresh oil. The enzymes released with the saliva will draw out toxins and poisons generated by the bacteria and alsow remove bacteria.
You may also benefit from the Indian Herb (www.lifelinewater.com). Dissolve a pea or size or two of this herbal paste in some water and apply in the above manner. It is usually very fast acting. Internally, you can use Pau d Arco, 4 capsules three times daily to assist the immune system in dealing with the toxicity. I would definitely give your tooth a chance.

Thanks a lot for the advice. Yesterday I had some Echinacea capsules (which was the herb I had a hand) along with vitamin C prior going to sleep and I feel somewhat better today. I will try the Pau D´Arco dose you suggest as soon as I buy it. I already tried the olive oil once and I feel much better!
My thyroid is still swollen and it hurts when I touch it. I wonder what can I do to help it go back to its normal state. Is putting some clay over it advisable? What else can I do?
As for the earache it is still there...It is very mild but it is there.
My lower molar (the one with the crown/root canal) is hurting a bit. I believe that there is the origin of everything (alteration of thyroid gland and earache).
