my diet has been on track! i've cut down on Red Bulls and beer dramaticly,as well as beef and red meat.i have been eating a ton of salads,garden,organic garden salads,broccolli,carrets,etc. i have been doing well, but my gut still feels bad..i feel as if eventhough i eat enough fiber , i always get backed up

it's frustrating and irritating,but i am working on it. i went from eating fruits and veggies for 5 days out of the week and meat for 2 days , to now eating meat only once and awhile.I have gotten quite fond of flash frozen chicken breast as a source of clean protein and it's been helping me stay lean and muscular. i cringe now everytime i eat a steak,before i would be blissfully chowing down on a bloody fleshy fat ol ribeye with all the trimming, savoring every last drop of blood..yummy! washing all down with a few shots of JD..but now i am a little hesitant to...
i am looking for a diet that will help rebuild and restore my digestive tract and colon..i feel as if something is up,even if i am eating alot of fiber and fruits.there has been alot of mucus in my bowels,which i am sure i had mistaken for dead
parasites before-which led me to my first
parasite cleanse. i hope it's nothing serious..that sucks, i am only 26- but at least i can take care of it now, rather then later. i just may take this entire year to rebuild my entire system, i might as well- i took alot of repairative measures already;
parasite cleanse,colon cleanse,fasting.
what have you and the crew been up to here? educating the newbies i bet!
