with a
Colon Cleanse first. You need to clear out the mucoid plaque to get to a lot of the parasites...Also when the colon is congested it is more difficult to get rid of parasites. I am using
Clarkia right now, but that is after doing both the Blessed herbs
Colon Cleanse and the Blessed herbs internal cleanse (includes parasites). I then did 2 weeks on
Clarkia , one off, and am finishing up 2 weeks on. I then will be done cleansing for awhile!! (Except a liver flush...) Yipee! My husband just finished his first month of Colonix and after seeing what he has gone through I would recommend this route to most people especially if you have a busy work schedule. With the Colonix you are cleansing the colon of mp as well as getting rid of parasites. The route I went was probably a much deeper cleanse but it took much more time and effort and was more expensive. When I cleanse again I will try the Colonix. With the Colonix you take some pills in the morning along with fibre and then do not take anything again til before bedtime (tea). With mine I was taking it throughout the day and if you are busy at work this would be difficult. I am a stay at home mom so it was easier for me to follow this regimen. Yes, you will most likely experience some cleansing reactions like headaches or nausea. Some people get rashes or itchy skin. I have experienced all off and on. This is normal and is just the toxins coming to the surface before being expelled. I think the Colonix is good for this because it takes a minimum of 60 days to work so it is more gentle and slower on the system; so it is good for someone with a busy schedule. My husband only had a bad headache in the beginning but survived it okay. I think the quicker you detox the more likely you are to experience cleansing reactions. As far as going to the bathroom all the time you should go at least 3 times per day while cleansing and you have ample time to get to the bathroom so don't worry.
If you decide to go just the
Clarkia route you should incorporate some extra fibre in your diet like psyllium. I also took Parazyme by Renew Life and probiotics. I actually think it is more cost effective to just get the Colonix by Dr. Natura. Good luck and let me know what you decide to do!!
