i was thinking that also, in regards to me eating the way i do.
i mean, as long as i eliminating on a regular basis-i should'nt have to worry
about infestation too much correct? even if i do eat alot of rare meats,
i mean , i eat a ton of organic vegetables also and even vegetables have
parasites also right? if it dosen't then it will when i run it through a
drainer and wash it through with faucet water-NON-FILTERED FAUCET WATER!
(:
yes, i know i am such a rebel..
*rolls eyes*
*limp wrist*
(:
i still think that it's unrealistic to think that one could totally rid themselves
completly of all parasites.there's everything from dust mites , to mold and bacteria floating in the air to the everyday germs from everything we touch on a daily basis-
i could'nt imagine not getting any
parasites living in a big city.
it just seems unrealistic to not get germs or bugs of any kind- i still do
parasite cleaning, but i think that personally colon cleansing is the best way to
do things-i sometimes wonder if some people are obese because of backed up colons
and not completly because they eat soo much.
One of the theroies behind bulking up for bodybuiling is eating a ton of food,
i remember eating up to 5,000 cals a day and being completly congested full of
food and crap(litery)it's like the food keeps piling up and piling up in the body
then you work it out as fuel and it transfered into muscle.
but if i regular person would just eat and not work out, i'd assume their colon
not to mention their digestive system would be stressed and backed leading to
weight gain and glogging up the colon.thus leading to
parasites and bacteria
growth in the colon, right? i don't know i am just making guesses here!
..too bad there wasn't a 'toxic cocktail' that someone could drink and kill
all the lil ba$tards at once..that'll be cool.
