wow, thats stuff(oxy powder) works soo good!
i haven't used it in a few days, but these are my first few days off
(aside from 10 days i took off a few weeks back when i was on a trip
to Seattle) of cleansing and my body seems to have adjusted itself
to having normal bowel movements everyother day.
The added salads really did help pass things along pretty well also!
i don't know though, i am really really really craving raw meat
again- i really wish i could eat raw meat!
i love it! i miss searing it on both sides, the way is sizzles and
then plopping it on a plate with the blood still running out,
the fleshy thick cuts and the fat still raw...hhmmmmmmm
yuuummmy!

god i miss those days! there MUST be a way to enjoy it again!!!!!
i am glad i did the colon cleanse, i feel soo much lighter and
cleaner now- and no more feeling backed up or walking around like i
got a torpedo shoved up the butt.
after a few days of eating yogurt i also feel as if things are settling
down as well down there...
