After eating some white rice yesterday night and then my nightly bowl of chili,
i don't feel soo well today. I haven't eaten white rice for about..three weeks
and yesterday night was the first time i ate it since.
I had it with some beef,broccoli stir fry with some zuccini also.
I feel like how i felt when the last time i ate it..like complelte crap.
I don't know why but everytime i eat it i don't feel soo well.
I just wanted to see if it was the rice or if it was wrong food combinations,
i guess it is the rice.It was odd because i assumed that because eventhough
it is a high glycemic carb, as long as i ate it with something like meat or
veggies (providing the added fiber and bulk of the meats) that it would be
okay-because of the blunting of the insulin spike and therefore allow it
to be digested slower.
But i still feel like crap..go figure!
Anyways, i have been thinking about cutting carbs completly except for the
chili i eat on occasion (both because i enjoy it and also for the complex
carbs and fiber content) i may introduce potatoes back into my diet,
but they take forever to bake and not soo tasty heated up after being refrigerated.
SO who knows..
I seem to do best on a garden salad and protein for dinner, after fasting
for the day.Yes, it's usually steak,but i figure if i am able to 'pass it
along' without having it fester inside my colon-i 'should' be okay.
Since it's during the immobilization phase that allow the parasite
larvas to hatch in my colon,if i allow it to continue it's 'natural
course' than they 'should'nt' have a time to hatch.
Another thing i am gonna do is i am gonna finally do it...
i am gonna try to eliminate
Sugar from my diet.
Well, i'll still drink beer and alcohal but that's it.
Yeah, i know...

i realised that i have drunken (*drunken) Red bulls every single day for the
past three years..three freakin' years!
I don't even know why i drink them, i get a buzz for like 10 minutes then i
crash again.I feel like crap afterwards, it completly dehydrates me ,
and worse of all..it's like a toxic cocktail that just flushes my body
of crap that could probally kill me one of these days.
I don't know , i just don't feel good anymore when i drink it.
So tommorow is the first day of my 'Red Bull Fast', i thought of the name myself..

along with Red Bull, i am gonna cut out ALL simple carbs(including sugar) and starches and eat my veggies.
i just thought about how hard about it was on my system..
fasting all night and then drinking a Red Bull, skyrockets my insulin levels-
everyday for three years? i am suprised i am not diabetic by now, though i am
suspicous that the 'spells' i have been having (confusion,clouded thinking,anxiousness,irritablity,body stiffness) has all to do with the
daily consumption of red bull-it's no suprise that i experiance these
symptoms a few hours right after drinking it.
The good thing about fasting is that you know exactly which foods
are effecting you and how they are and how to eliminate them or replace
them if you need to...
i should've done this a LONG time ago.
