Hi ryger!
I've been reading on this- and from what I read-- goat's milk is easier for most people to digest compared to cows milk.
Raw milk is better than pastuerized, actually. Fluke worm larvea (at their microscopic stages) are not killed by pastuerization. Dr.
Hulda Clark tested pastuerized milk and found the fluke stages in all the milk-- including pastuerized samples.
Boiling the milk before drinking (including boiling raw milk) ironically kills the fluke larvea- so she suggests boiling it in a saucepan before drinking it.
(you can boil it then pour it in pitcher -and store in the fridge for later).
Where I live (Pennsylvania), you can actually buy raw cows milk in some healthfood stores-- of course they dont sell it in the mainstream grocery markets. It isnt expensive.
If you can't find raw milk, best bet is to get that milk from Free Range cows that are not pumped with hormones. Some dairy farms pride themselves in making milk like this-- and you can actually find some milk advertised organic and hormone free.
As far as fluke
parasites -- boiling milk before using will kill the as yet microscopic larvea stages of the fluke worm before it enters your body.-- refridgerate after boiling if you love cold milk. :-D
