I just bought a box of paragone and have been reading the instructions. Now, it says that one box is a 35 day program at HALF strength. Two boxes are required for full strength or if you're over 150lbs. Well, I am over 150lbs but 2 boxes aren't in my budget right now! Am I wasting my time using just one box?
I would like to take double the dosage (extra strength dosage) with this one box but if I do that then that means my cleanse will only last 17 days. Is this too short? I do have 1500mg capsules from Natures Way that contain cloves, Wormwood , Black-Walnut etc. Should I perhaps use the 1 box of paragone at half strength but also take my Nature's way capsules too??? Do you think that might give the effect of a double dose? What do you think would work best?
I should point out that I have never done a parasite cleanse before, I don't know if I have parasites for sure (although most of us supposedly do!), I'm not really doing this cleanse due to illness etc I'm just doing it as part of a healthier lifestyle plan.

if i were you- id also use the Nature's Way herbs.
Especialy if you dont have $ right now to be buying another box. I saw Paragone in the healthfood store here costs $31.98 for only one box!

Yes the Paragone is certainly not cheap!
Since I see you've posted here a lot I thought I might ask what you personally do after a parasite cleanse. What is your maintenance plan? I have a few weeks to work out what I'm going to do since the Paragone will take 35 days but I really have no clue what's best. The natures way caps I have combine the Black-Walnut , cloves, Wormwood , sweet Annie, Quassia woodd, they are an option I guess (?) but I don't know how much of each ingredient is in each capsule (it is just listed as 1500mg of this herbal blend - per 3 capsules which is the daily dosage) so I don't know how effective they are. The other option I'm considering is to buy some Black-Walnut tincture, clove capsules and Wormwood capsules from tools for healing.com and follow Dr Clark's maintenance plan. I also considered Clarkia but I kinda like the idea of having the 3 ingredients seperated rather than mixed because I'll be treating my dogs as well and feel I'll have better control over how much of each ingredient I give them.
One last thing about my Nature's way caps...it has a warning stating that Wormwood may be addictive if used long term! SO ummmm how long are people meant to use all these maintenance programs that include wormwood!? Dr Clark says to take 7 wormwood caps per week as part of her plan! I'm kinda scared now :( She also recommend giving wormwood to dogs everday...forever (at least that's what I think because I see no mention of a maintenance plan for dogs and I have searched everywhere for one)!

I wouldnt worry about addiction to Wormwood -- they have to put that in as a disclaimer to keep the FDA happy.
Wormwood is what they used in making absynthe--which is addictive and a type of horrible tasting liqour that many artists (like Van Gogh) used to "space themselves out" and influence their artwork.
Wormwood- in the lower dosages provided in the capsules- wont have the same effect.
For a parasite cleanse you generally take the herbs (ALONG WITH WEEKLY Colon Cleanses TO ELIMINATE/PREVENT DIE-OFF!) for 30 days.
In some cases, when the person finds they have way too many parasites than they realized --you can go on for 2 months.
After that--- Maintenance is one month twice a year. I am going with one month in the Spring (like Spring Cleaning) and one month in the Fall (Fall Cleaning)
Some people do one month in January-- as a sort of way to start the New Year cleaned out.
MH-- The Barefoot Herbalist-- does maintence deworming on his German Shepherd dog. He uses his own home-made dewormer that you can actually order from him.
He even gives maintenance cleanses to his children as well. It hasnt hurt them at all-
I also recall him saying that 2 drops of Oregano Oil under the tongue, and olive leaf supplements daily are also good maintenance for adults.

I also have no clue on what I'm doing (hence the name noclue:) ) anyway I came across this web site http://www.total-cure.com/k/body_cleanse.html It has a step by step how to cleanse your body from parasite's to fasting. I myself purchased the Clarkia only because the web site recommended it. Claria is made with Black-Walnut Green Hull, Cloves & Wormwood . It cost $26.00 a bottle and you need 2 bottles. I just started using it and have not noticed any passing of aliens from my body. I don't know if I should be relieved or not, maybe I have to give it sometime. Hope this helps
